Twister


Twister is a 1996 American disaster drama film starring Bill Paxton and Helen Hunt as storm chasers researching tornadoes.
 It was directed by Jan de Bont from a screenplay by Michael Crichton and Anne-Marie Martin.
In the film, a team of storm chasers try to perfect a data-gathering instrument, designed to be released into the funnel of a tornado.

The movie is about a family is watching television, including a 5-year-old girl called Jo. Suddenly, the signal of the device is interrupted and the wind began to whip trees fiercely. The parents of the little girl and her dog Toby seek protection abruptly in a storm shelter, while a powerful F5 tornado is directed toward them, destroying everything in its path. They manage to arrive in time at the shelter, but tornado force is so great that the father of Jo cannot sustain the shelter door and start it of rennet, so the father of Jo flies and is killed by the tornado. Only Jo, your mother and your pet survive.

After that, they have to learn to live without his father, and that leads them to a lot of new adventures.
Rain and tornadoes made this film a very good adventure.

The film  went to number one in the US box office, while in said since two consecutive weeks. Raised 241 million dollars in the United States.


The characters more famous are Bill Paxton, Helen Hunt, Jami Gertz, Cary Elwes ,Philip Seymour Hoffman , Alan Ruck.

Conclusions

I enjoyed doing this work in English, because there is more information on the Internet, since many movies are English.

It has been easier and more interesting than I thought, it has helped me to improve and learn more words in English that he did not know.
I finished work very fast, since the movie was very interesting and I to liked to investigate on it.
